  • Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

    • Orders Canceled After Processing: If the order has been processed but not shipped, a partial refund may apply, deducting any costs incurred.
    • Refunds for Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used. In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Late Cancellations

    If a cancellation request is made after the order has shipped:

    • The customer may refuse delivery. However, shipping fees and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
    • The order may be subject to our Return Policy.
  • Cancellations Due to Website Issues
